Common Questions
How do I add a new product to my catalog?
Open the Manager Dashboard → tap Catalog → tap "+ Add Product" at the top. Enter the product name, brand, and category. Then add flavors/variants and set stock levels.
How do I reset a buyer's PIN?
Go to Manager Dashboard → Buyers → tap the buyer's name → tap "Regenerate PIN." The old PIN stops working immediately. Text the new PIN to your buyer.
How do I receive incoming inventory?
Dashboard → Receive → search for the product → enter quantities per flavor → add notes if needed → tap "Receive." Stock levels update across all views instantly.
An employee ordered the wrong quantity. Can I fix it?
Yes. Open the order on your dashboard, tap into the pick tracker, and adjust the quantity up or down before completing. The difference is automatically restored to stock.
How do I upload product photos?
Go to Catalog → tap a product → on each flavor row, tap the camera icon on the left. Select a photo from your camera roll. It's compressed and uploaded automatically.
Can I export my order history?
If you're a supplier org, tap the "Export" button on your dashboard. Select a date range and download a CSV with all completed orders. Retailer orgs can use the Invoices tab to view and print individual order invoices.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Email Chadd@backstockapp.com or text Chadd directly. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Your data will be available for export for 30 days after cancellation.
